This Chevrolet Factory LT Z28 Is Southern California Solid. This Rare Z28 Originally was Originally Built In Norwood, Ohio, But Made It’s Way to Southern California with the Original Owner In the Late 1970s to San Gabriel Valley, California. Somewhere In the Early 1990s, the Z28 was Sold to the Second Owner, and was Transformed Into a Street / ¼ Mile Racer.
This Special Z28 at One Time Dominated the Southern California Streets with a Built 350, a Mild 427, and Then Finally a Very Modified 502 In 2010. When the Engine Blew In 2012, and the Camaro was Retired From Racing, and was Stored In the Corner of a Muffler Shop Till 2019. The Previous Owner Switched Car Preferences From American Muscle Cars to Smaller Engine, Import Horsepower.
As the Performance Parts Upgrades Show, This Z28 was Treated to Such High Performance Parts as a Turbo 350 3 Speed Automatic Transmission with Heavy Duty Clutches and Shift Kit, a Modified Gas Tank, a Premium Aeromotive Fuel Delivery System, Chrome Brake Booster and Master Cylinder, a Champion Aluminum Radiator, Braided Stainless Steel Lines Throughout the Car, Extended Wheels Studs, Centerline Race Wheels, Sport Gauges, and a B&M Competition Shifter.  a Turbo 350 3 Speed Automatic Transmission with Heavy Duty Clutches and Shift Kit
The Previous Owner Also Stated It Has a Posi Traction Rear End, (But the Ratio Is Not Verified),  and He Saw an Original Chevrolet Build Sheet Under the Backseat. The General Motors Cowl Tag Is Also Stamped "Z28" to Further Verify This Is an Original
    Authentic
    LT Z28.
The Paint Is Cracking (Mainly the Hood with the Fiberglass Worked Cowl). The Hood Should Be Reworked/ or Replaced, and the Z28's Paint Should Be Resprayed at Some Point. There are a Few Paint Bubbles Coming Up at the Bottom of Both Quarter Panels.
This Would Make a Great Father and Child Project, Second Car That You Could Cruise on the Weekends, Or Cool Everyday Driver. Parts are Inexpensive and Can Be Found at Any Local Auto Parts Store. With a Few Weekends Invested, This Iconic American Classic Could Be Running On the Streets Again!!
