    Description

    Brisker Electric Model 678A. This is a previously owned Brisker Products electric brisker. The overall condition of the unit is very good. There are very minor surface scratches on the metal. There are also some surface scratches on the inside of the unit. The unit has a plastic front handle and closes with a magnetic strip. The sides of the unit are black plastic. The unit has been tested, found to be in good working order, and maintains a 105° temperature. As you can see from the pictures, the external metal parts have maintained an almost mirror finish. The unit is ideal for keeping snacks and cereals crispy in humid conditions. If you choose not to plug in unit, the brisker can be used as a breadbox.
