    A rare find indeed, I am selling my entire collection of GREENS Stratoscoop Kites, a total of six stratoscoop kites can be found in my ebay listings, look for all of them, This listing is only one of six kites I have on Ebay.
    Up for auction in this listing is the STRATOSCOOP 1, I have flown this kite quite a bit and it is a joy to send up with a light breeze. Size is 68cm X 92cm ( 2.2ft X 3.2ft ) square with 4 cells. No damage or tears, this is one of my favorite kites to fly!. Has line and original drogue tail.
    Something to consider with Greens Stratoscoop kites, they are a truly impossible puzzle to figure out how they had sewn all 12 inflation cells on their kites "FROM THE INSIDE !!!!!", I had tried to solve this puzzle for years and never found the answer, Greens Kites went out of business in the late 1990's and the original owners have passed into Kite Heaven, so no one has figured out how they made a "Jalbert Wing" design with a closed front - Sewn from inside. All parafoil designs today have an open front wing that drags on the airfoil and causes diminished lift. The Stratoscoop design is like an aircraft wing!, and has a powerful Lift. NO ONE IN THE KITE WORLD HAS EVER FIGURED OUT HOW TO REPLICATE THE STRATOSCOOP DESIGN EXACTLY LIKE GREENS KITES - They are truly a lost art!
