(1) When using for the first time
Please bake the iron plate well at the beginning of use. (Dial at 200 ° C for about 1 hour)

* It is not necessary to apply oil every time, but if it gets burnt, please do "(3) After use".
If the burnt component remains on the surface, temperature unevenness will occur and it will be easy to burn.
(2) How to bake
The temperature dial (reference) is around 160 to 190 degrees.
The exact temperature will vary depending on the dough recipe and skill level.
Try baking some and adjust the temperature dial.
・ It is about 180 degrees when a few drops of water are dropped and it evaporates immediately.
・ It is about 200 degrees when a few drops of water are dropped and it becomes a polka dot while becoming a juicy.
(3) After use
・ Set the temperature adjustment dial to about 100 ° C.
・ Drip a small amount of cooking oil and use a scrubbing brush or 3M grill pad holder for high temperature No.482, etc., and wipe it off with a cloth that has been wrung out tightly.
* Depending on the temperature of the dough (especially immediately after taking it out of the refrigerator), the iron plate may cool down rapidly and may not burn well.
In this case, raise the temperature or return the dough to room temperature before baking.
* Even if you bake continuously, the temperature of the iron plate will gradually drop and you may not be able to bake well.
In such a case, always set the dial to MAX or bake at intervals so that the temperature rises.

・ If you apply too much oil, the iron plate and the fabric will separate.
・ When the temperature is high, it is easy to burn, and when the temperature is low, it is easy to stick.
・ Recipes with a relatively large amount of powder and a large amount of thickening are easier to bake and have a chewy texture.
A recipe with a lot of water requires skill, but it has a crispy texture.
