Rare Yellow Blenko Signed Blob Vase #597- Prunted Rose Bowl Wayne Husted 1959

Description

For your consideration is a fabulous modernist form yellow Blenko vase with applied glass blobs; a pristine example of cutting-edge freehand glass design in a production environment. The vase measures approximately 5 1/2" high x 6" wide and is in excellent condition. Three glass blobs form the vase's feet (with a small blob in the center), and "Blenko" is sandblasted/etched on the base with a "C" in a circle above it. Please feel free to ask any questions, and I'll do my best to answer. However, I'm not an expert in art glass.
