    BAKING WITH WATER
    Baking with water may sound strange to you. However, this "water" actually produces high heat. Superheated steam, which is steam that has been further heated to a high temperature of over 100 degrees Celsius, can transfer a large amount of heat to food. This mechanism is used in the cooking process of the Water Oven HEALSIO. Baking with only water from start to finish is only possible in a household oven.
