    Description

    My uncle gave this to me during his kite-flying phase, in which I had considerable interest myself.  But, no sooner had he presented me with this for my 11th or 12th birthday, he was transferred with his company to a different state, and I had nobody to play with!  I liked it very much and hung it on my bedroom wall for years, and then in the tack room, and then in my office.  It really needs to fly, don't you think?  The stitching on this is really fine.  It's not printed.  It's appliqued. It's obviously a butterfly.  The nylong has a hatchwork of reinforcement fibers in it.  That's probably standard?  One of the vertical dowels is broken.  I have half of it if you really want it!  The rest is perfectly perfect.  Maybe a little dusty.  String and spool are there and will come with it.  Also made by Go Fly A Kite.
